1. Our Commitment
At GlowLikes, client satisfaction is our top priority. We put significant time and expertise into every project. This policy explains when refunds are available and the process for requesting one. By placing an order, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
You are entitled to a full refund if:
- We have not started work on your order and you request cancellation within 24 hours of payment
- We fail to deliver the agreed deliverables within twice the stated turnaround time without prior communication
- The delivered work materially differs from the service description and cannot be corrected after two revision rounds
- A technical error resulted in a duplicate charge
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Work has already been completed and delivered to the agreed specification
- Cancellation is requested more than 24 hours after payment and work has commenced
- Dissatisfaction with results due to factors outside our control (platform algorithm changes, engagement rates, follower growth, etc.)
- You provided incorrect, incomplete, or late materials that affected the final output
- You changed your mind about the service or no longer need it after work has begun
- Partially completed work where a portion of the service has already been delivered
- Services that include account access setup, ads account creation, or platform submissions that have already been actioned
4. Revisions Before Refunds
Before processing any refund, we ask that you allow us to address your concerns through our revision process. All services include a minimum of two (2) free revision rounds. A refund will only be considered if the issue cannot be resolved after revisions have been exhausted or if revisions are not applicable.
5. Partial Refunds
In cases where part of a service has been delivered and part has not, we may issue a partial refund proportional to the undelivered portion. Partial refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and require mutual agreement.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or the expected delivery date if work was not delivered):

- Attach any relevant files or screenshots supporting your request
We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. GlowLikes is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
8. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks filed without prior communication may result in suspension of your account and cancellation of any active projects. We will cooperate fully with payment providers to resolve legitimate disputes.
